NJSAR Digital Check-In

Check in. Stay accounted for.
Check out.

Record your arrival and departure at NJSAR events. Event leads review attendance and prepare ICS 211 reports for personnel accountability and Membership reporting.

These links open the existing NJSAR applications on Google. Staff tools require an authorized account.

For participants

A complete visit has two steps.

  1. Choose your event and check in when you arrive.
  2. Check out when you leave.

You can enter your details manually without a Google account. Optional Google sign-in can fill your own member details when your verified email matches the NJSAR roster.

You can request an email checkout reminder. A reminder never checks you out automatically.

For authorized staff

NJSAR Digital Check-In Admin

Create and manage events, review attendance, and finalize ICS 211 reports. Finalized reports are saved in NJSAR's configured archive and emailed to Membership and the configured reporting recipients.

Assigned roles control which tools each person can use. Google sign-in alone does not grant staff access.

Understand the Google permissions.

The public participant page does not request access to your Google Drive. Its optional Google sign-in requests your email identity.

The Admin site requests permissions for spreadsheets, forms, documents, Drive folders, email sending and scheduled tasks. Google Groups access may also appear in the current authorization request; current staff roles are managed within Digital Check-In. Some permission descriptions cover an entire Google service. The application uses configured NJSAR resources and does not read your Gmail inbox.

Read the Digital Check-In privacy notice for details about information use, sharing and your choices.
